June 14: Remote Trauma Clearing concerning Traumatic losses of people, health, pets, money, homes, belongings, jobs, security, safety Notes on what came up: losses of people- waves of sadness came up, all ages were represented, miscarriages, abortions, kids, friends, partners, old people past lives losses, terrorist killings, war, on boat with huge wave pulling people into the water, people lying in bed, all ages that have passed, cancer deaths, car accidents, being hit by a car, a person walking away, bodies on the ground in war, child burning up with fever, fall from cliff, hurricane, being swept away, moving far away, broken hearted when lover left, marriage failed, ancestors that passed. Releasing pain, sadness, loss, emptiness, alone, adrift, anger, fear, other emotions. Releasing feeling that pain and sorrow is how we honor them. Placing the lost ones in our hearts, filling it with love. Loss of health: what came up was: surgery, removal of parts, cancer, taking things out, off. Releasing emotions, loss of feeling healthy, strong, powerful. Feeling tired, drained – causes, reasons, emotional causes. Image of person hitting their thighs – taking out anger on the body. Releasing all anger at your body, feeling it failed you, feeling it betrayed you, all animosity towards it, other emotions, blocks to forgiving and letting it go. Anger at systems not working as you want, digestive, respiratory, reproductive, circulatory – heart, anger it it for hurting due to loss, anger at reproductive systems for not providing baby, anger skin for not being perfect, for aging, sagging, anger at cancer, disease, body not being how you want it. Release any non acceptance of body, not loving the body, not appreciating it exactly as it is. Fear came up – fear of the body failing, dying, aging, cancer, disease, being in it unable to care for self. Releasing all anger, fear regarding health, other emotions. Longing came up, fear of good health, expectations of others because you have good health, others demands, others needs. Not taking care of yourself. Not able to say "no". Having health issues to avoid: caring for others, doing things, uncomfortable situations. Using health issues as an excuse, all ways that serves you. I created a hologram of the body – removing that which doesn't serve your highest potential. Globs of dark matter were removed from the torso, head, limbs. Small specks removed from skin eyes mouth teeth. Image of bulges in joints removed, leg bones being straightened. Losses of pets: major sadness came up. I saw: dog being hit by car, lying on carpet, cat curled up, most passing of old age, dog in river, one falling and tumbling, bird on bottom of cage. Releasing sadness, grief, pain, emptiness, loneliness, other emotions. Losses of money – anger, rage, shame came up. Releasing those and other emotions. Releasing feeling stupid "how did I let that happen?" Release non acceptance that it is done, over. Release blaming self, others. Releasing blocks to letting it go. Image of hanging on so tight to what was lost causing a tightening, contracting, so more can't flow in. Releasing that. Imagining giving away the energy still stuck because of the holding of the loss and pushing it out and away from the head. Opening a space for it to be replaced by new money easily and effortlessly. Opening the channels. I see money as a river for each person. When I look at the representative river for all in the session there's a lot of sludge clogging it up. Clearing that. Activating the source which is a geyser which is now 20 feet tall. Loss of Homeland – releasing the emotions. loss of job- aggravations, frustrations, fear, worry, anger. Releasing emotions Loss of safety and security- pain, fear, other emotions. Loss of houses – bank taking it, moving away. Feeling out of control comes up so it looks like moving for a job, home burned, flooded, electrical fire, image of sad person walking away which appears to be because of a break up. Releasing emotions, reasons to hold on to it, reasons not to let it go. Loss of belongings- I see a necklace lost, ring, tears, suitcase, envelope with money in it, a check, hat, a yellow vase that fell and broke, book, toy boat, grandfathers watch. Releasing emotions regarding lost belongings as though now being willing to set them free. When I asked for other losses- Time came up, confidence, trust. For those and all unnamed losses releasing emotions For all losses- Releasing causes, reasons, patterns, emotions, reasons to hold on to it, reasons not to let it go. Releasing energetic hooks to all losses- there were a ton of those. Release feeling that suffering is honoring the loss, is necessary, that suffering means you care. Release all that has been lost freely with joy to universe, like releasing a flock of doves. Putting all loved ones and pets in your heart with love.
