Panic Attacks

My Client had panic attacks that were to the point that they were restricting her life dramatically. When driving she would start shaking, have heart palpitations, and would feel so overwhelmed she would have to pull over and wait until she calmed down. I worked on releasing all the emotions that came up and the residual effect of the panic. I look for what was happening when the panic attacks started. I cleared out the issues she brought up. I didn't feel it was resolved. I kept seeing pine trees and mountains. She realized that it started long before the incident she thought was the beginning of the attacks. She been living in the mountains and started feeling panic when she was driving the winding mountain roads. I cleared all of that out. Testimonial: "I have had panic attacks for the past 5 years. Not only panic attacks but the weird things that happen as a result of trying to cope with the panic – like there were certain freeway off-ramps I started being afraid of, and being afraid of letting my hairdresser wash my hair. I had a session with Pam a few weeks ago over the phone and am so pleased to say I have not had one panic attack symptom since. I even had my hair washed and cut since then with no anxiety and I took that pesky off-ramp to get to my hairdresser with no anxiety. I am so counting my stars that I found Pam and made that appointment."
