Don't Focus on the Problem, Focus on the Solution

When we focus on the problem the worry and fear cause our energy to contract and spiral inward. This creates a tight, dense, heavy, stuck feeling which causes inertia and depression. We feel hopeless and lost. We become locked down, pulled inward. Our thoughts continue to make the expected outcome worse and worse. We fixate and fantasize about how bad it could get. Soon we are devastated and can't pull ourselves out. When we focus on the solution we gain hope and begin to recapture our power. We feel like we can do something to offset the worry and fear, etc. We feel we have some control over our lives and can fix or shift the issue. Hope (or anger)gets us out of depression. When you focus on the solution your energy unwinds and moves upward and outward as it expands. You see a way out, the possibility of change and things getting better, of balance being restored, of finding peace and happiness again. Focus on the solution, the way out and through.
